The only paintball company i've really ever had a problem with has been Smart Parts Europe. Any forum regulars may remeber my tirades about their poor customer service a few years ago. Missed deliverys, arguing over warantee entitlement and just general bad attitudes.

That was some time ago and chances are they have got their act in gear by now.

You must be having a laugh mate, keep taking the tablets. I also guess we will be taking our numbers and waiting our turns for the extra's on field......no wait we will end up getting charged 10 quid for next day.

One of the reasons I sold my shocker was the CC you have gone on about.

Planet wins hands down

Your weak grasp of english, the fact that you are sponsored (therefore are unable to offer an objective opinion) and you rubbished Planet's far superior build quality mean that your 'opinion' neither holds water or is worth any further consideration.

Either way, this was some time ago and chances are they have got their act together since then.

PS: If you really wanna relive the memories-

Ok guys we've got one for the best paintball companies, how about the worst? Any retailers out there who we should all avoid?

Currently having a bad experience with gizmos.co.uk. Ordered some ion spares late on the 31st May which the website stock check facility said were in stock. As i selected 2-5 day postage and i gave them til 8th to deliver. (assuming they got my order on the 1st and they don't include weekends in delivery time, i'm generous like that...).

On friday i phoned them to find out the whereabouts of my missing spares (I really wanted to get my ion going for the weekend) and got told they were being dispatched that very day and i would have them on monday morning. How convenient, I picked the very day they were dispatching my order to call

Anyhow, its wednesday ad i still don't have a working ion. A second call today revealed that the parts are no longer in stock and I have now been told I will have them in 7-8 days. The parts that were in stock when i ordered them!

Now, it seems to me that they lied to me when i called them the first time and that just plain sucks. I'm supposed to be playing at Reading this sunday and i've got an ion thats only of use as a paperweight.

Lets hope that by posting up our bad experiences these companies will take note and change the way they deal with their customers. or maybe gizmos could come on here and justify their lack of customer service? (heres a tip gizmos, i'm still looking to upgrade the eyes and detents on my ion if your conscience is troubling you, no joke)

yeah my mate isnt happy with gizmos either he bought a ion virtue board from there which is meant to have lifetime warrenty after about 2 uses it broke.......after hed rang them wanting a new board or his money back they said it was a " user error "

The manufacturer provides the 'lifetime' warantee in that instance, not the place of purchase. He should get in contact with them.
