I just made a very bad one. It was all good until the piccalilli:

Peppered salami, grated red leicester, grated carrot, black olives and piccalilli. All toasted in a breville.

The other flavours were great but the piccalilli shat vinegary mess over everything...

BSE (bacon sausage egg) inna bun is one of my personal favourites add mushrooms fried in butter and brown sauce and your onto the sandwich of the gods. Have recently discovered the new yorker wrap in my local sandwich shop as well. Salami, pastrami, chicken, melted cheese then doused in bbq sauce.
Old childhood fav is Blackbirds! Take 1 jam sandwich dip in batter then fry OM NOM NOM NOM!

Turkey, stuffing and Branston pickle on thick white bread with plenty of butter, served on Boxing day with 2 paracetamol. The best!

failing that - a Beef & Onion crisp sarnie is good, or a good old Chip buttie, mmmm
