what's THE best gun???

More of an exception is the newton valve.

The tornado valve is just a high flow valve, yeah its pretty muchthe best poppet valve you can get, but that hardly makes a difference when the firing pressure is linked to the cocking pressure.


With the newton valve the pressures are independent.

It works at lower cocking pressures and is almost TWICE as efficient.

Yes that means for the same amount of gas you get to fire two balls, a newton valved gun when set up well cannot be touched in terms of efficiency.



Normally I would stay away from low pressure because there is no real benefit.
Normally I would laugh at a thread that wanted to find the BEST gun.

But the newton valve has changed all that.

I see your point jon..

Although were now splitting Hairs - i mean as my first thread put whats your definition of best. This could get quiet interesting if a large ammount of ballers tried putting their fave marker and why? it could also be a lil "educating" for the newer ballers.

Back on track - i see your point on the G7/Newton Valve but over looking that i hate the feel of angels - i hate the gimmicks and i hate the unrealistic feel of them therefore i feel uncomforable shooting one. hense i shoot a viking which feels like something issued to the french for ww1 but then again especially being from Birmingham most my mate who live local love them because they are a marker that even though pretty complex, rarely go wrong which is a v good selling point in my opinion.

I must second John C's comments on the Newton valved Angels.........they are so damn good it's wrong.

Recently had one fitted to my Joy recently and the difference it's made is unreal. The effiency is off the scale and there really is no kick, rather astonishing.

Anyone know of a way to have this type of angel fitted with a magnetic trigger simular to the one on the 05 speed?

have a look at some of the sponsered sites on www.angel-owners.com its good up there, would've got it done on my speed 04 but aparently it isnt compatible!
