ok....here we go......
first...... and most important from my view as a marshal.....NOT BEING FUC*ING SCARED OF BEING SHOT!!!!!!!!....sorry, this is a little ting i have, guys if your marshaling your gonna get shot but shake it off and do your job....if your not right on top of the action you cant make the calls to the best of your ability.
second......as kris sed.........T.E.A.M!!!! an individual marshal can make a good call and take action in the game....but 99% of the time it kicks off after the game when the scores are done. It takes a good team of marshals to get info in so the ultimate can make a decision.
third........have fun and chill out. If marshaling is a drag and you want to be playing then fair enough.....JOIN THE CLUB!!!!we would all rather be playing. but you can make life easier if you try to have a cood time, chill with your fellow judges and the players.....not during the game ....and just try to have fun.
Finaly.........there is loads of stuff like knowing the rules but to be fair, if you dont know the rules you shouldnt be marshaling. but you have to be confident in your calls....you know that ur fellow judges will back you up so make the right call. it does not matter who the plyer is or who the team are.........you are in charge and if push come to shove the organiser will side with you........so like i sed, BE CONFIDENT
here ends my mind
peace
