Better still, if you live near a big retail mall, ask the manager of B&Q/IKEA/Safeway if you can offer a car-wash service in the carpark! It's a captive market, and most people wouldn't mind you washing their cars for £4-5 whilst they're shopping.
You can even call it your own little "business", and rope in your mates. Stick up a big sign near the entrance to the carpark so people can see it on the way in, and on a big stick strapped to a spare trolley or something so they can find you. Then wait for the cash to roll in

You live near a paintball site? If you do go along and ask them if you could help out, am sure there's sumthin you can do at 13 on a paintball site don't quote me though!
