You also have to take into account that the paintball scene is 10 time larger in the US. So for every cheating ******* you catch here you can catch 10 there. LOL

Nah, I reckon for ever 2 or 3 cheats abroad you could probably find 1 in the US. I'll say it again, US players don't need to cheat. They're better than the rest of you
Actually it's not that Euro Teams statistically over-perform it's that US Teams drastically under-perform relative to the huge number of American players

I'd say the top US players don't need to cheat because they don't consider it cheating.
You speak to guys from the top teams and they will quite honestly tell you the difference they see between the US and Europe is that they will do 'whatever' it takes to win. I've had this conversation with many guys from the top teams (but do not intend to name names). If they can lose a hit or play on for that crucial elimination they will and think nothing of it.
They take what the rest of Europe considers to be cheating as part of their game and they accept it a lot more than we do.
They are still better players than most in Europe but they definitely have less worries about 'cheating' when 'required' also.
The US players tend to play much more often because it is cheaper and more accessible for them, that will always lead to a better pool of talent.

I'd say that competition in the USA is so much more engraved in the Americans minds. You gotta be top of the class, employee of the month, Queen of the prom, beauty pageant winner etc etc.
