Full kit may be worn in public :

Going to and returning from events if they are on the same day.

Full kit should not be worn :

As casual clothing
Walking the field the day before the event
At players parties

I suppose it should be ok to wear a team jersey out. It is no different from wearing a football / rugby top out.

We reball in our uni gym so we do hit the pub afterwards in our kit. I've gotten used to it tbh, but I wouldn't just cruise around in my kit for no reason. Mainly because it's filthy lol. If I was gonna be on tv (as part of a live audience for example) I'd rock a jersey to rep paintball, but otherwise I think it's a bit like wearing a tracksuit out clubbing...oh wait people do that? :p

My absolute favourite is when an entire team wears their freshly laundered team jerseys to the players party at an event. I think that's hilarious. Cracks me up, especialy when the jerseys are 'custom'.

I cant think of anything sadder really. I try my best to not wear any playing kit for any other occasion other than playing.

Having my name on a shirt, off the paintball field, is like having your mum stitch a name tag into your PE kit.

Could you see Wayne Rooney popping to Tesco's in his away kit for a loaf?

i cant see the problem with people wearing gear off the field, as long as people aren't wearing dirty stuff. as long as people are sensible. the last thing we need is a news story of Thugs in town with mirrored lenses

After reballing I'll go and pick up my girlfriend and then we end up going to the supermarket to grab some stuff, so I do wear it to the super market after reballing, but thats about it really. And once in the pub with Devrij and co

Sorry guys but have i missed something here??? since when has paintballing had this proletariat class, are you any better than a person who is proud to wear their jerseys for what ever reason they so wish to, personally I’ll wear whatever I wish when ever i like and what smug people say behind my back, or our loud in public mean bott all to me. I'd rather be comfortable and happy than cynical and happy through the expense of others. In the words of Oscar Wilde "There is only one thing worse than being talked about and that is NOT being talked about."

For ages.
I remember thinking that the teams in their jerseys looked naff at the first German MS event players party.

So, at least 10 years to my knowledge..
