Basic it was on Celebrity Stitch up ( Could also be called cerebral removal) And they pulled over Major James Hewwitt (love rat). After posing as police officers and informing Hewwitt that he had his gun licence revoked they opened up the boot of his 4 x 4 and pulled out a planted tippman.
Hewwitt recognised it as a paintball marker and stated that it is not goverened by the firearms laws but the fake coppers tried to make out it was a real fire arm and one of them proceeded to shoot the other one to see if it was lethal.(no goggles for anybody)
They came clean and Hewwitt said that he though impersonating coppers was illegal, but they said they are allowed to do it on private land which they were parked on so there would be no legal implications.
What they failed to realise was that they were fireing a paintball marker into the direction of oncoming traffic and no more then 5 mettres away from a busy A road (dual carriage way) heading towards stroud

The point of this being:

A) It is an offence to discharge a firearm (this includes airweapons) within 50ft, of the centre of "The Queens Highway".

B) It is an offence, for an unauthorised person, to have any airweapon, in a public place, whether it be loaded or not, if it isnt securely covered, so that it may not be fired.

C) Unless they had the permission of the land owner, apon who's land, they were allegedly parked, they also committed armed tresspass.

I would be inclined, to report the video taped evidence to the authorities.
