I must say that the best event was Marseille in my opinion, everything was very well setup, the surroundings were awesome and the atmosphere was good too. :)

Campaign was alround pants, including the point where the marshalls removed a barricade off the dye field because they just couldnt be bothered to keep blowing it up or event repair it.
I saw that, but I don't think they could repair it, Simon (MS Staff) went in there like 3 times to try and fix it but it's hard because people kept shooting at that bunker and the rain didn't help. And they had already used their extra bunkers to substitute it before. And actually having to blow it every game causes alot of delay. And also the bunker would deflate alot even during the game, which would give the team that had that side a great disadvantage if the game went for a few minutes.
So I think the correct decision was made actually. :)
Plus they put it back later.

attended all 5 events either to play or spectate:

marseille- +great location, atmosphere, reasonable prices.
-wind affecting the netting, almost causing problems.

bitburg- +great location, facilities, strip club.
-no atmosphere, poor transport links.

Madrid- +good hotels (millenium recommended) catering.
-poor layout, miles from airport and madrid.

paris- + good set up etc. easy to get to.
-EXPENSIVE to eat & drink. last years car park was much better than this years.

london- + great viewing of the cpl
-poor location, atmosphere, facilities, security, costs, netting. last years car park was much better than this years stadium.

just my personal opinion but feel qualified to comment as i went to every event. things to improve on:- netting systems that stand up to the elements, catering facilities for players and fans. accessability and security.

look forward to an early posting of next years dates to make flights etc. cheaper.

bring back dam and malaga pleeeeeeeeeease!!!!

It's clear from the results that people havent attended them all.
You're right. Nobody from outside the UK voted for it, and none of those names I recognise are circuit regulars either.

However, since we've pointed that out, the CC votes seems to have died off.

And looking at those I recognise from CPL, DIV1 and Div2 teams they're actually pretty evenly split between Marseille, Paris and Bitburg.

Marseille without a doubt, even though I was reffing!

The only thing was, it promised so much for the rest of the season; I think the Mill Series shot themselves in the foot putting on this fantastic event first.

Paris comes second and then Bitburg.
