Mario it is the same program but it is only a removal tool so click on the link and get the new version.

Please be advised that if your current software cannot clean/delete this then you must use either the removal tool (updated today) in my previous post or the removal tool supplied by Burb in his post. That will clean your system.

Always make sure your Anti Virus software is up to date. Make an effort to check it ever so often or you could lose everything on your PC

I would suggest everybody runs on of these tools on Saturday just to be on the safe side

The recent blaster virus was spread by internet access primarily m8
No email required
There is a lot of free software out there - be unprotected at your own risk

just had the same virus sent to me, but i use spam arrest which means people have to verify them selves before i get the message the twat who sent this to me had verified them selves.

ive now put a block on that email address

thankfully nortons picked it up and binned it.

Trouble is Bruce is that probalbly is a spoof address, you are just as likely to get one that supposed to have come from your best mate or someone you email ages ago, so be careful what you block

Ive had about 30 unknown Emails in the last 2 days ive had about 15 saying mail delivery failed returning message to sender and 4 or 5 from bill@shore .net ive just erased them as i dont sent mail from the address it came to and i dont know who bill is so im thinking these are dodgey. Im running Norton anti virous and i up date every day but will i get a warning even if i dont open the mail as it dosent seem to if i just delete.

What you are doing is safe enough
