i think its hard to say
see if you , microsoft excel or access when they save , if u send theses to someone they r blocked by hotmail , and most companies and they say theses contain virus , this has only happened since after christmas
im sure alot more ppl will have seen this , u get a e-mail it will havbe said hotmail has blocked this file as in contains unsafe contains

Here is the data sheet on the W32.novarg.a@mm virus ( A.K.A. w32/MyDoom@mm by McAfee and WORM_MIMAIL.R by the Tend anti virus prog )

If you got Kazaa then checkout the last section on the Symantec URL.

I belive that since the worm has its own SMTP engine ( e-mail sender do-hicky - techie term ) that it can spoof source e-mail address' so that a mail that might have a sender ady of blah@yahoo.co.uk might not have been sent from that addy.

Please do not open attachments to mail from anyone you do not know or mail that tell you you need to open the attachment to see the information.
Don'y be fooled by nothing happening if you clicked the attachment. This virus is designed to effect it's main payload on 1st of feb, so therefore you may have a time bomb ticking on your machine.
