Maybe i am different but i think 300 hurts less then 260 or whatever. I play 280 locally and 300 elsewhere, i find the 300 jump fine.

Below 280 i think it stings a little more as more paint bounces. At a higher FPS paint breaks easier (especially over a little bit distance). The reason "customer sites" have a lower FPS is not so much safety but more the fact balls bounce over a greater distance meaning the player can play on for longer (shoot more paint).

If a ball hits you in the eye @ 260 it will replace the eye ball the same as it would @ 300.

I agree with the reballs being shot at 260 but they dont break and will sting no matter how much you up it lol :D

Edit:- I am nearly sure there used to be a rule that a maker cannot be used under x FPS for this reason? Its not in any of the new rules but remember reading it in 1 set of rules?

good old true semi with no cap for me:Dlet the guys with the skill rise to the top

Oh yeah, I remember the good old days of uncapped semi when everyone was limited to the speed of their Reloader or Halo B.... You didn't need to be Jeremy Salm to get a rampantly bouncing gun past a chrono judge.

Jeremy Salm and bouncing guns, wow 2 blasts from the past in one sentance. I mean we get misty looking back at the halycon days of tournament, but bouncing guns were always a bigger issue than cheat boards.

Like Polly I think the ROF cap is way too low, you should have a combined team ROF cap. Super Sharp Shooter fronts can have 2 bps, backs get 23.7bps.
