Except in one ice cream shop I went in a while back. I ordered a small shake without looking at the board, and the thing was expensive and HUGE. I sat down and realized mine was bigger than anyone else's in the place.

I took a look at the board on leaving. Turns out the sizes were:

Small
Smaller
Smallest

No joke. What a freaking rip off. Either they are trying to get people like me, who assume small means small, or they are trying to trick dieters....I dunno, but pretty dumb.
