Nah not ringing anybells, oh well pop over and say hi at d7's next month give ya some advice on setting up uni team. But u may struggle to get a good torno side quickly, unless u enrol ya team!!

How often lions train then, cos u improved loads on last time.

yeah well we train at least once a month and we learnt a lot from the firt tourny really. started communicating more with each other and stopped being afraid of shooting more paint heh started walking the fields and hell it makes a lot a difference!

the marker in my sig's an old one keeping it as my backup now shooting an angel IR3 fly, heh learnt that if ya wait enuff someone's gonna get new sponsorships and let go of their markers at wayyyy below retail prices...

When do you think would be the best time of year to hold an inter uni tournament?

Best time, well no where near exams, and not to close to freshers fair either, as need to see if anyone is wanting to play, and if they are any good. Will chat to some folk, and get back to ya, but February, or is that to cold? Or maybe at the end of year after exams, but then risk is people have gone home.

What these 2 options u on about, after exams/course work i will look into this more. But for now need to forget about pb, and do some work.

i think during easter holidays whould be fine... beginning of easter holidays that is..

wouldve done handing in work required for 2nd semester and give about a week into easter for holidays so we can do it then.

early within the year would have too many bills to pay and books to buy and all and later in the year even tho the weather would be perfect, would have xm clashes.

we could have just 7 - 8 teams competing a year for a start and location can be held anywhere really. played on two fields?

how strict are you thinking of making the uni team i.e. i know a few guys who go to different unis in manchester, but not the same one if they combined they could probably get a team, bit of a manc union(versity)

Well guessing it should be one team from each uni, then the trophy goes to that Uni, not sure on how it would work with a team from "Manchester Uni's"!!!???

But it is an idea, if this thing happens, i looking into some sites, at mo.

By easter next year we may (please let it happen ) av our own on campus field! it'd only be one field but it'd be a good size etc. Plus B'ham is central so travelling would be fair for all (especially us since we would already be here).
All this is just specualtion at the mo coz we don't know if were gona get the site yet. Find out in a few weeks. Also don't know about insurance for other teams etc...but its an idea
