Kev.

Not a bad point that actually fella.

Us lot, especially my team, get mentioned quite a lot and are regarded quite highly by a lot of other teams so I suppose 'underrestimated' is probably the wrong word. I think this post seems to have turned to the 'teams that people most want to see win' or are expected to really do damage this year. Ourselves have underperformed the last year and haven't lived up to our own hype BUT we are still pretty inexperienced really and are making a proper go of it this year so hopefully we'll start to liven **** up a bit.

Kellys will either climb the learning curve steeply this year or could easily have a stinker (as can everyone). It depends how much 'not winning novice' has stuck in their heads as they take on AM A.

Ecstasy are a strong bunch with style and skills but do they have the strength in the whole squad to pull some quality victories??

Twisted should rip **** up but as I said earlier they have a bad habit of being a bit wet behind the ears and running into paint, a lil' over excited.

I agree with the Viper thing, we've had some tough ass games against 'em, same with the Jags (who used to be a bit crap but have started to bust some heads), they'll turn into a slick outfit with a few new players on board.

Gone off topic a bit as it was meant to be underestimated teams, not teams who MIGHT be good next season.
Teams with results under thier belts but never get a mention:confused:

underrated / overrated

The Clowns.....oh yes.

I don't like bitching about teams or causing a ruckuss and all that **** coz I like to think we're pretty much mates with most teams, including the Clowns, good bunch of lads BUT this post is asking for our opinions. Buddha asked who we thought were overrated and it seems I'm the only one who actually bothered to mention anyone and to my eye it sometimes amazes me when the Clowns win. This does not mean that I don't want them to win or dissaprove when they do coz I get on with the Clowns, perhaps it's because they were a bit of a bogey team for us last season and that has made me over critical of their game, who knows but when I watch them play I don't learn anything or think 'that was a good move' or say to myself 'he's got some style'. I like to watch teams and get inspired, the Clowns don't do that for me. Maybe they think the same about us, who knows, I don't care because that is an opinion and I respect others opinions (if valid).

WKD, you're right, they (you?) get good results and had a great season but a lot of people were amazed at how they managed it when a lot of the teams they were rolling had far more superior technical ability.

There are other teams that I have a similar opinion of so it aint just the Clowns it's just that the Clowns are probably the best example.

PGI Sharks might surprise a few people, mostly cos no-one seems to realise just how good The Boy Will is. And Dave Elliot's not bad for a fat lad either...:p
