Comparing a milled Viking to a C&C Angel.

The Viking weighed 3 lbs, 10 oz with the barrel.
The Angel weighed 3 lbs, 11 oz with the barrel.
The Viking weighed 3 lbs, 3 oz without the barrel.
The Angel weighed 3 lbs, 2 oz without the barrel.

These measurements DO NOT include the barrel and are the longest points on the bodies. Both guns had Hi-Rise feed tubes.
The Viking is 8 1/8" long.
The Angel is 9 1/4" long.
The Viking is 9" tall.
The Angel is 9 1/2" tall.
The Viking is 1 1/2" wide.
The Angel is 1 3/4" wide.

I suppose it comes down to personal taste - as with many things in life but the 2002 is alot better looking IMO than the original.

I don't know what other mods are on the angel apart from the standard Dark tinkering until I pick it up this weekend.

Either way it will sit quite nicely next to my cocker - now I have the choice of control or spray n pray
