ive been told the hopper rule if he has got it right he cant remember it 100% though.goes like this. Though I want to check with wendy first.

2 stickers allowed on side of hopper ( 1 on each side) with a max size of roughly 10cm x 5cm. and i think he said none on the front.

Though im gonna try and speak to Wendy tomorrow as none of us can remember 100%

The problem with some stickers are from a distance they can look like a hit, the last thing a marshall needs to do is keep checking a guy with a hopper hit, which turns out to be a sticker. A marshall has a right if they want, that if the sticker looks like a hit and some are designed to look like paint splats, to ask the player to remove it before next game. Most of time it is down to player/marshall common sense.

That sounds good. Is there a thread about this elsewhere? If not, I have a couple of questions:

Have all the domestics agreed to follow the same rulebook, and has there been any discussion regarding everyone using a EPBF id cards/registration system?
