on the grounds of it is getting slightly annoying at times, i would like to ask you to refrain from using the following words in the same sentance, Up, Bif, Stupid, shut.

Wayne, I'm sorry for the previous posting as I heard that you took offence to my comment, this was not my intent, but an obviously hopeless attempt at combining the words shut and it, to form a phrase that may cause some people to chuckle as has happened on many occasions at my expense.
