id rather be a llittle calmer at the tourneys otherwise at the 10 seconds shout my leg starts to twitch and it feels like 10 minutes NOT 10 secs. in the meantime, my leg is goin like a pnumatic drill!
So.... my tip is ...............smoke big fat bong before and after the tourney!
And maybe a quick giffter at lunch (courtesy of Ian)!
note: not so good for the front my who need to be running, but us lazy assed back men get get mashed and lap it up shooting the lanes!!!!!
