Breathe. I know it sounds obvious, but a lot of people respond to stress and exertion by holding their breath or hyperventilating, and this can lead to shaky hands, reduced reaction times, increased possibility of injury etc. Think about your breathing during training and try to keep the same pattern when you play.
Remember- "those who do not know how to breathe are doomed to die by the sword".
