imnovet is right, your job as a back man isn't to shoot people out, you're job is to watch, support and communicate with your front men to help them move up the field so they can shoot people out, only get into gun fights if you really need to to keep them in the game. Also move up with your front players when you can, too many back players sit at the back during the entire game which can completely negate a numbers advantage. Run and gun to back bunkers, its usualy better to shoot at the back centre because he's stationary off the break.
