There's no rule specifically saying that a hit pod is eliminated from the game, just that if a ref sees a hit on a pog, but didn't see the shooter hit the pod, and you HAVE said hit pod, it's assumed that you were holding it when you were hit holding it.
That's confusing.

I saw that, but then it bears to question if you ask a ref about a hit pod, showing him that it has paint on it BEFORE you pick it up, is that legal to use? See, tehn there's a chain of witnesses "I showed the ref the pod, it was hit before I picked it up. I was not carrying it when it was hit, and that ref can vouch for me."Originally posted by guppy
Try rule 10.21 which states that....."If a judge does not see a paintball shot by a live player ....strike a player or another object but that player has paint on himself or anything he is wearing or carrying that resembles a hit, such player will be eliminated." So i think the MRC has that one covered!
