Do what I told you, if LiPS just clean and re-lube you will feel a right twonk, it's part of routine maintenance better to learn sooner than later as you'll have to do it at least once a month
A mate of mine (pocoyo) had the same problem this weekend with his, it was an o'ring problem but not sure which one. reading what Balf has written it sounds like he's spot on with his solution, do what Balf says and i'm sure it'll work:)

Failing that, pm Pocoyo on here.

got no greas i only got dye slick lube which comes with the pmr will that be ok?
If it's the white stuff (not milk ;)) it's fine as it's just dow 33, try and get hold of some dow 33, also known as shocker lube, molykote 33, sl33k

Thanks for the vote of confidence Carlos, trying to become the English Ydna, I've got a fair bit of work to do :D

you've certainly set the bar high!:D

Seriously though i watched him (pocoyo) fix his and what you wrote sounded like exactly what he'd done, worked fine after that.

Nice sig by the way!!:p

I've had a look at the firing design and my reckoning is if still no joy after a clean/relube and a fresh batt, check the 2 central o-rings on the bolt (well the back 2 really but they are in the middle of the bolt) they are the only 2 I can see causing teh bolt to not cycle fully and make the pffft sound

I don't know what Dangerous Power recommend for a lube on their guns but I'd use something like dow33 on the threshold as it's proven on spool style guns, only takes a light coating.
^^^^^^Hes right ya know^^^^^^^

Your right Balf, my friends did this, I replaced the two central bolt o-rings gave it a good lubing up;) and it shot like a b**** on heat...... Also check the dwell settings, should be set to 14ms Dip switch 1 up and 2 down I think but I am not sure, check the manual. Finnaly and I am defo not sure on this so don't quote me on it; There is an anti-stick option that shoots the first ball at 16ms and then reverts to 14ms, I do not know if it is possible to turn this off but just check to make sure it is working.
Have Fun!
James
Nope you cant turn it off and it fires at 16ms the first shot regardless of what your dwell is set at (be it set higher or lower than 16ms).

Its the no 13 o-ring on the bolt (the back one).

As carlos said i have had the same problem.

I also used dow 33.

Had this problem first thing in the morning and once i sorted it i shot 2 1/2 boxes through it no problem!:D

Was getting 5 lock lids and a hopper from a 3000 fill.

I have read that when the markers were shipped they had dow55 on (swells the o-rings) and this is making the seal a bit tight.

I love the threshy firing design so simple, with a bit of knowledge its easy to what would cause what problem, it's a super simplyfied (but much better) shocker in essence, 6 o-rings in the whoole firing assembley isn't or is it 5, wither way, it rocks

See this problem on shockers all too often it's just a matter of knowing whats causing it (pressure at the front and back of the bolt causing it to "stick") and looking at the possible o-rings that may cause pressure to seep into the wrong place and cause this problem.

roughly translated, I'm like a ninja, a fat hairy ninja but a ninja non-the less, well as far as fixing stuff goes
