I totally agree with you Pete and to expect immediate results would be stupid. The thing which annoys me is the attitudes of players/teams which, if changed, could result in a much more immediate improvement. Your overall opinion, I agree with totally, but I think sometimes, people just overlook the basics.. It ain't that hard, so why make it...

Nah, the improvements I am talking about are happening at the base level, in terms of the way players are thinking.
It will be a year or so before we see any improvements results wise.
All we can do is help the process along as best we can in the hope these players sustain their new found enthusiasm and hope it doesn't wither away like most things tend to in UK paintball when it comes to trying improve things.

Primadonnas - they may be really good ballers, but I simply loose all respect gained on field when they run around tourneys and act as crazy monks shouting or acting all "gangsta" - and when they furthermore can´t seem to be quiet during prizeceremonies and showing ZERO respect for teams ranked in lower divisions than themselves....... They used to be them!

the teams that no matter how well or honest you play will always try and find something after the game to get you penaltys, favourates are overshooting and playing on.
the guy who gets 3 hits and complains about overshooting.
the guy who gets hit, f**ks about in his barricade so gets a few more and complains about it...

marshalls you mess up and make up bull**** to cover it up rather than hold their hands up.
and arrogant marshalls !!

1. having a rag hanging from your belt. Now how gay is that? I hate it!!

2. guys that run alongside the flag carrier, why do they do that? Sometimes a entire team run down to the flag and then run back with the flag carrier??? I cant figure it out?
