Yeah I am up for a beer in Amsterdam. I visited there back in Sept of 2000. Actually we were up in Leewarden but took a Satuday trip into A-Dam. F&*@ing good time too. I too think we were rather civilized in my post. You know no name calling or bashing. But as I said before there are people who tend to feel a little inferior and bash others cause they can't get a beat down thru the internet.

How y'all doin? Is it just me or do most (all?) of the argument/flame strings involve Robbo? Its not that I want to be shouted at (by anyone) but he seems real easy to p!ss off and always rises to the occasion with abuse and put-downs.
Robbo, if you read this I mean no criticism, except that you rise too easily to taunts (btw if you do post in disagreement then I prove my point! ). I think that it must be tough being such a visible and recognisable person, with everything you do being under the (paintballing) public eye. I fear that this will never be my problem!

I think you are probably right; a lot of the flaming threads do involve me for some reason. I seem to attract people who for some God forsaken reason want to have a dig at me and do it in a way to deliberately antagonise me or try to make me look small in some way.
As I said in a previous post, I have no problem with anybody criticising me over something I have done wrong or them making a reasoned point but bollocks if you think I am gonna stand by and let them make fools out of me.
Luckily for me, the sort of people who do this sort of **** tend not to be the 'sharpest knives in the drawer' and are easy targets when I retaliate.
And perhaps you are right when you say I shouldn't rise to these idiots but letting them get away with it is much the worse option for me to negotiate.
I know my position in paintball (whatever that is supposed to be) is going to attract a fair amount of attention but it gets f##ing tiresome sometimes when some people, and I am talking about only a very few, take it upon themselves to mount an attack that has no basis other than that of jealousy or acrimony.
I would be happy to just answer emails or posts that have a genuine concern or query regarding paintball and not have to defend my name from numbskulls.
In the end, these people inevitably make fools of themselves in having to back down or capitulate and I suppose this is their just deserts but not wanting to sound childish (and I know I will).... they freakin started it !
