From "other considerations" in Sport Englands recognition guidelines. Found here---> http://www.sportengland.org/about_us/how_we_recognise_sports.aspx

Downloads on the right hand side if you're interested.

Political, moral, ethical and legal considerations will be taken into account when assessing the application for recognition of a sporting activity. A sport must also demonstrate that there are no barriers to participation that could be viewed as creating inequity of access.

We shall see. As for Campaign, all the mods in one place at one time? A rare occurence indeed, something on a par with the appearance of Christ....

Of course it will be fun!!

You are so so wrong
A group of deaf children regularly play at Powerplay, Wakefield
And certainly know of disabled players playing Sup-Air
DW i wasn't saying every person with a disability can't play, im saying a huge majority of them can't.

I can't be bothered even arguing this any more. Paintballers are too blinkered by their love of the game to see things in an impartial way.

Im out.

I've seen plenty of deafo's play, but I have yet to see a blind person have a go.
Limb-less people play all the time though.

So how does a leg less player play football/rugby? How does an armless person swim? How does a blind person play darts/bowls/cricket?

So, not all sports include all people. I think that "Sport England" link means that you can't actively discriminate. I'm sure if any 'disabled' person came up to any of us and asked if they could play - we'd give them the chance (at least, I'd hope so).
