I've used the classifieds twice, and both times the rules have only helped. There seems to be no reason to me why the rules should be relaxed when somebody who has nothing to hide isn't ill affected by the rules.
The rules work. If it ain't broke don't fix it
The rules ensure that you can have a high degree of faith and trust when buying things off this site.
Without them, there is a chance that the you may get more scams and people would start to lose faith in what is a valuable resource for both new and not so new players alike.

We would like some input from you guys, as to what works, what doesn't, and what you don't understand. Its a hard job and we feel that we are constantly having to sort out problems that you guys should not be making.
The rules are common sense, and go so far in making sure the trading section doesn't head into complete anarchy. They're not hard to read, or follow, and should stay as they are imo. If people want to trade they can make the (little) effort to stick to guidelines that are there to help everyone, including themselves.
The rules are fine as they are. There is nothing that people would have trouble complying with, just some simple things that give everybody involved in the sale a damn sight more trust in the person they are buying from.
So far all respondants have basically said the same thing, so why oh why is it that Gassy spends his life reminding people, deleting posts etc etc????
