I should have, but I asked him Monday if I could take the 16th off, and he said he'll let me know. Before I went home though he said I couldn't because there wasn't enough staff to cover for me! (Which is contradictory, because the amount of work i (don't) do, means two people have to do extra when I'm there!)

If I'd just kept my mouth shut about it I could have thrown a sickie, but it'll look too suspisious now.

Not telling him that I'm having 11th and 12th Aug off though
