Just out of Curosity, are any of you guys moving up a division next year?
I heard rumors that the Jags were talking about it, and Maybe the New Russians?
I also heard Evil Pigs, and of course Wombles too.

Movin on up - like George and Weezie!

Yep, it looks like we're moving up to Am A next year. After the come-to-jesus meeting we had on Saturday night, that was one of the results.

Joy Masters from my own perspective:

+ the incredibly fast and fun fields! I want more of those!
+ astroturf! (with baseball shoes you had excellent grip on both the astroturf and the grass fields. If there had been rain i think we would have seen the true advantage of artificial turf)
+ organisation and reffing (very few bad calls, but the white paint we used on saturday made it necessary to shoot some players twice..)
+ finals format (for am A and pro)
+ peoples attitude, everybody were helping each other out
+ decent food (even for vegetarians) on location
+ the Party

- we missed winning the prelims with 1 point
- we missed qualifying to the finals with 1 point
- we didn't get to play New Russians or Wombles this season
- I counted 14 hits on me after one of the semi games we had..

Thanks to Draxxus and Xballfinland.com for this season, we will probably not play Campaign (London is just too f***ing expensive..)

See all you guys next year!

Evolution: thanks for lending me one of your speeds during the first semi finals games and im really sorry that we kicked you out of the tournament with 1 lousy point.

ShockwaveIII: thanks guys for 2 really exciting games and you guys are true sportsmen, taking the losses with a smile and congratulating us for the wins.

and thanks to the UK jaguars for giving us your left over paint(that someone took from the players area where we left it, while we watched the AM A and pro finals)

all in all Joy masters were a really good event, but my god it was HOT.

i think we will probably remain in am b next year. 3rd is still the highest position we have come in a millenium leg.

with that said i would like to go to am a. but that is up to the captain.

oh and nick, perhaps your team should invest in some dye all terrain cleats;) we played in them on all fields grass and astro turf and not one of us even stumbled:D

and as for the beer not only was it a rip off at £4 you didnt even get a pint:eek: and it was only an average of 2.5%
