I just need to clear a few things up here guys . The above post from Chris White was never sent by Warped Sports to this thread . I do not like what was posted and myself and Warped will not take any blame for what was posted. This i will take up with the said party , the guy is a mod on our forum and nothing else . He dose not work for Warped and should not be trying to promote 2k3 in this way . That's my job
As you all know myself and Steve Bull have been working very hard the last 18 months to get the big game format back to top. Myself with 2K2 and Steve with Kenny's revenge. Now other sites like yourself are promoting and putting them on the calander ,that's ok the more big game the better it keep's the whole thing alive as long as they are spaced out and run right ( and i 'am not knocking anyone here). There is a reply to Chris White's post saying we were worried about players booking in to other big games , and that's why we are starting to book players in on the 1st of November this year. This is rubbish it takes six months to get the event like this bang on. I was the main organiser at 2k2 and i can tell you it all takes time , and next year i've go to re design the site for the numbers expected plus get ground staff ,marshall ,catering people, DJ,s plus book all the players in. This is what takes up the time also when Paul from S.W.A.T. called me up 3 months ago for some advice this is what i told him. I also told him how to promote the event to make the event a sucsess and Paul knows this ask him.
So if anyone thinks Warped Sports or myself are against other sites putting on big games You can tell them this is bull**** . I will not race for players i dont need to , if others want to do that ,well that's fine but dont put me in the race please.
