Never had a problem with over sized paint but I have heard of people over tightening the feed neck collar which can cause a similar problem (don't know if this has happened with the rotor)

You know, That could be it, I always have the collar tight ever since my 1st tourney when it fell off at the start gate. I still think it was hopper newness. I'm a back artillery type player and for at least 10000 balls with 2 jams isn't a bad ratio.

Have to agree i had this issue (i think it was anyway)

Had it locked down just in-case i dropped it of a mountain

After backing it off a little never had an issue
