2nd time I've had this problem with the rotor, Paintball stuck in the feedneck of the rotor. Pulley switch thing no help had to take off hopper and poke it back up then remove all the paint to find the damn big one. I'm thinking getting a bit of sandpaper in there and trying to widen it a bit. Anyone else had this problem or have a better soloution before I start rubbing bits off my £120 loader.

sounds to me like you need to take better care of your paint. if your balls get wet (lol) they will expand slowly, so if you are handling your balls with dirty, damp hands etc (lol) then the paint will expand beyond use!

lol

on the serious side, never seen this happen with any rotors before, what paint you using out of interest?

I've only encountered this problem twice;

Firstly when i was trying to use some filthy as f**k reballs, the dirt from them jammed both the rotor and made my etek's eyes blind after a few pots worth.
Secondly when i was using some paint which wasn't stored in bags, just left free to roll around in a box. The dampness in the air got in the balls, and next thing you know they're warped and unusable.

Both of these occasions were when i was using bad / unusable paintballs and rounds. When i've used proper paint, it has never missed a beat.

It was the paint we'd potted Saturday, on Sunday, 99% of which was fine. The 1st time was CPPS when it was quite damp so yes sweaty balls would seem to be the problem. Oddly not happened to anyone else on the team just me. Maybe it's down to the new ness of my Rotor as I was a bit behind the times getting one preferring to stick with my Egg which was held together with duct tape till the soldering went on the battery terminals.

I have had same problem with a certain brand of cheap paint sold at local site. Think it was bullet chest and was quite large paintball. I wasn't the only one having that problem. Everyone using rotors at that time was struggling. Never used it since and not had the problem since.
