The tippman 98 looks like a good marker, would that be a good first buy?? And also what gas system u guys recomend

98 is good, how much u looking to spend though? if its around £200 you can get a nice autococker for that and it is a lot better than a tippmann.
u would need to run it on co2 mate or a preset air system.

tippman 98 is a pretty good marker, we use them at work a lot and there pretty reliable good gun

You use them at work... i assume you mean a site.. there you go you have your answer, punter marker. Owned by most else out there

i wouldnt worry about gettin a tourny grade gun first, i would work on becomin a tourny grade player, i have a spyder, love it, i have used tippmans, i like everything about em exept that they feel too long, but i can shoot em suprisingly fast try somthin before you buy it,

i also have looked at the espyder/piranahs and i think they would be great
