Searching for the pro-tour....:S
Mind you if it is the fabric thats at fault I want 14 new shirts for my team!!!:)

Should have bought Dye shirts again, those things are amazing, cover them in paint, mud anything, in the wash at 30 and they're all sparklie again. Unlike my pinky tinted dye pants!!

Well then i guess noone will mind if i do my own personal test ... I'll collect some of the unbroken paint shot at us next time, shoot it at my various tops from say 10 metres away ( I have JT, Dye, Rase, Smartparts (well won't be wearing that one again!), and SlamJack as well as my team top, give them a wipe then leave them in the sun for a few hours to simulate a days play... then wash them in the machine with my usual 'top brand washing liquid' Then ill post my personal results..(i shall also shoot the tops with another brand of tourney paint as a comparison). Not that it will make one iota of difference to the paints usage but just to clear up a point one way or another.

Hi guppy, I thought about doing the same thing and firing several brands at the tops and noting what was shot where. Let me know when/where you are doing the test and I'll give you a Nexed top to test as well!
Cheers

My problem is the reverse...

I go to events, and I'll come home and wash stuff and I'll have white spots where the paint was.

The thing I don't get is, there's no point to staining. It doesn't prevent wiping - in fact, it's worse, as you can't get rid of old hits. I've never seen what coming home with blue arms from staining pait does for the game.

Pink-filled paint stained my marshalling top after the weekend whereas every other brand/ variant of paint washed out clean.

It won't just stain playing tops though but sup air fields, and the grass as well.

Well Paul, being such a delicate 'girly' baller like i am i can't use any harsh detergents that might spoil my skin! (rofl!) No, seriously, as i said, I used Vanish stain remover and Ariel washing liquid. But some good news... yet to be tested tho ill do it later... i had a phone call just now from a friend who suggested I try a new product called 'Persil Fizzical' tablets... apparantly they're pretty good even on Cyclone... i'm now rushing off to Safeways to 'get fizzical'!!
Ill post results later.
