i had the same happen too, shot some one twice in the chest
from about 20 feet, me and some other guy went to stand up to move on and he shot at us and tried to say 2 yellow splats on his chest were from an earlier round..

but hey ho... was still awesome fun...

Oh at Kennys 3 years ago I shot a full loader into 5 guys standing close together about 15 feet away from me and not a single one admitted he'd been shot - and I know I'm not THAT bad a shot!
But there did seem to be less of that than usual this weekend, and when Jim & I took the camp back you all did seem to walk pretty quickly, I was pleasantly surprised

There can be NO excuse for clear fresh splats from a previous session - everyone has the responsibility to clean themselves down and you soon learn that one in tournament play once you've been eliminated from a previous game a couple of times!

We enjoyed the bit where the Blues hired us to attack the human camp........ then they forgot to pay us!!!! So we turned on them as soon a the attack started.
And big thanks to the blues and yellows who were attacking the human camp at that point..... that was the only time all day that the firing stopped when the super soldiers were 'out of action' and waiting to be ressurected.


High point of our day was the attack on the goauld camp in support of the dark greens..... was that you fenny? The fact that throughout the attack two of the greens refused to turn their backs on me because and to quote ' we now what you're like you b@s****'

Yeh great day.

gotta admit the journey down from Aberdeen was worth it

I guess my favourate bit was when I was the only one holding the Gouald Stronghold, ( was thinking I had some teammates in the huts, was told by one of the marshals i was the last one there ) held it for about 20-25mins from about 8-10 people advancing in to take the flag, not only that through most of that time i had no paint left . . . . . . . ah you gotta love the power of illusion


I gotta say thanks to Dangerous Brian for fixing the problem with my marker at the begining of the day, thanks dude

Also a big thanks to everyone for making it such an enjoyable day



Now i just gotta spend some time video editing and get yah all some of the footage from my InGameCam, I aint had time to look at it yet but am hoping there is some good footage.

i had a great time, the mighty baal let you off lightly this time!!!

My only beef is that at these big games you get people who like to carry 9 pots but just sit back and watch you as you deal with 15 people coming on your position, and no matter how much you scream they then fall back. Next time people get into it, your wearing 9 pots, you may as well push the line and kill people .. Long balling doesnt work!!!

Once, when i got shot and called myself out, the guy who shot me waved and sed thx, nice try. Which i did think was nice. .

TBH, the whole day was just great, everyone was greatly helpful and the ratio of guys to girls was quite phenomenal

heh, sounds about right, all that = a very fun big game gun ( for me anyway ) but also = a very achey back sunday night and monday



yep, as usual was a great event, and much fun had by all who went as far as i canm see.

was a bit anoyed 1/2 our guys packed up 30 mins before teh game ended so teh final push from the pesky humans overwhelmed us, heh.
