this is a Forum not a phone im not trying to have a go at anyone but there's a fkn keyboard infront of you , maybe its just me (being 31) but im having difficulty understanding what people are saying I have to re read posts and mentally put in the full stops and extra letters.

I fully open myself up to flames here and im sure im guilty doing this myself on the odd occasion - but only for a word not a whole sentence -

does anyone care ?

Quicker to type maybe, but much slower for some of us to read! Back in the dark ages when I was still at school we had to be able to spell, use punctuation and know the basics of correct grammar to pass any written exams - has this changed? These skills were also needed to be able to get any decent job e.g. an office type job; I know I wouldn't have been able to employ anyone who couldn't write correctly in any of the "proper" jobs I had.

So in answer to your question Dskise no, you aren't the only one who cares and this isn't the only time the subject has been raised on these forums.
