Girls here prefer cruisers for some reason, and there are not as many fun places to ride sports bike around here as there are in the UK.

yeah, just as I thought, you have definitely been living in NJ too long. Only people from New Jersey would say that.

The Hippies and gays live in Norcal, Socal is where the beaches, babes and great weather is.

in my experience New Jersey, or the 'Garden State' as it is infathomabley refered to, has the hairy girls with the heavy make-up, the rain, the completely intolerant and abusive drivers, and the obvious jealousy of all people from New York.

New Jersey people often refer to themselves as being from New York, as thier accents allow them to get away with it, which makes me wonder if I know the true horror of NJ, as even the people that live there claim to be from somewhere else.

Definitely jealous of Cali, but they won't move R&D there. I tried again today.

Must admit I can't stand any of the 'Cali Girls' I've met. I've never met any that weren't absolutely stupid airheads, and while some may find that attractive, I don't. The only clever women in Cali seem to be imports.

p.s. Who cares about intolerant and abusive drivers when you are only going to see them in the rear view mirror... with the Cali laws I wouldn't be allowed my Vette there... and for me that's reason enough to stay away.

Simon lives in South Jersey, where the locals claim they are from Philly, and they have goofy almost Maryland accents. Not that NY/ Long Island accents aren't the worst in the universe.

The abusive driving in NJ is caused by the fact that you can't make a left turn anywhere without some sort of m-fing right turn, roundabout thing. I know that's what usually sets me off while in the Garden State.

That is one of the most annoying things in the world.

And just when you get used to being in the right lane to turn left ... they allow left turns from the left lane only. Fcuking stupid system.
