Why cant you just post up some damn pics please?!

If the pics speak from themselves then you will put everything to rest in one fell swoop.

Beats having to potentially fork over £20 in exchange for 5 mins of camera usage.

lol it pains me to see that you are continually alienating yourself from the rest of forum community with your refusal to comply with rather simple requests that, quite frankly, will potentially absolve you of all blame.

I'm not trying to get kicked off the forum or banned from all Paintball sites, I'm just standing up for myself and the deal which both sides agreed on.
A bit of friendly advice, breakwell was given multiple opportunities to correct his mistake and look where it got him. If I were in your boots, I would refund the £20 suggested by Robbo, it apears to be a fair amount and will go a long way, if not entirely to resolving the situation.

After that I would make a decent appology to people who have had to get involved for the situation then keep a low profile on the site for a while.

We don't like to ban people on the site, but we are all in this sport together, and when a situation like this does arise £50, from my personal perspective, was too much, we don't take kindly to people taking fellow ballers on a ride. As is said, what goes around comes around, just think, if a trade with you ever goes wrong and you would like the mods to help you out, what do you think they would say?

Like I said, a bit of friendly advice, because you know how this will end if you stick to "your guns". Wind your neck in a little, mend some broken bridges and try to look on it as a positive learning experience as to buying second hand equipment, whether it be for paintball or not.

I don't care if I get a bad name on this forum
He wasn't referring to this forum.

Thanks for your comment, but my "buddy" is well connected in paintball as well so......
It doesn't matter if you have all players in Nexus and Firm on your facebook, you have pints with the CEO of Dye and Eclipse every friday night, if you create a bad name for yourself in this close-knit community, it will follow you through your paintball life (if people here decide they want it to) as much as a criminal record follows someone through their work career.

You're being a muppet. You have been asked kindly, not-so kindly, and finally as a "look dude, last chance or it's going to come down on you heavily" to refund someone £20 of a £50 deduction that you demanded because you manipulated them. You charged them £50 for a few scratches which you are neglecting to defend by putting up pictures, and are now being straight-up selfish to refund part of that to settle this issue. Just be logical.

Admin beat me to the usage of the phrase "wind your neck in". It's probably the best bit of advise you've been given, and fortunately it's only 4-letters so there should be no interpretation difficulties.

Don't see the need in that to be honest, The refund was done over the phone and because my little comment has became a huge issue I'm not in the best of moods to put the time and effort into that since there's no way I'm refunding any money because the scratches are barely visible and are absolutely nothing like the kind of damage that would knock £50 off the price of the marker.
I do believe that I've removed the bull**** from your post.

I never demanded anything and have never manipulated anyone on this forum

If I can just speak to mods and admin that would be great, don't want any other members posting on here trying to have their say. If you guys want me to refund £20 then I'll do it. I won't be happy doing it but if it solves this malarky then fair enuf
