smaller guns? smaller paintballs?

So why don't we make a bigger size paintball?!

Its only the logic thing to do...

you would need more power to fire it and then you would have to shoot at a lower verlocity becuase it would be more foot pounds

and you'd have bigger welts! along with the weight issue

swinging lamp time- but i've been told that the old .50 cal paint would leave horrendous welts due to the increased strength of the ball due to it's smaller size-

Other points that have already been mentioned

. smaller calibre may lead to a reclassification of paintball guns
. everyone makes .68 ish balls and kit


and not forgetting that the new line of uber small gats already look like tiny little toys in my big shovel hands.

Realistically its the erganomics of the marker that makes it comfortable, there is only a certain size that you could drop to without it being uncomfortable.

with a smaller paintball you run the risk or greater injury from the projectiles because of the smaller surface area of them.
