Silly question?

It may seem like a stupid question but we all have to start somewhere...... Do you have to clean your battle swabs for your barrel? if so do I just throw it in the washing machine?

I always just wash mine by hand in the sink after playing. Means when you swab your barrel next time there'll be much less paint leaving a film of grease over the inside of your barrel.
