The electra is a spyder, with an e-frame fitted. That makes it an electro, as the trigger pull activates a microswitch rather than the working parts directly. One of the distinguising features of it are that it is made from 2 tubes, stacked vertically like this:

while some guns like the angel, old shocker and and viking are made from 3, in a clover shape:

••

and some, like an impulse, bushmaster and intimidator have 2 verticle tubes, with a rectangular boxy-tray in between them and the grip frame!

Then we have one tubers, such as the new shocker and the mags (these are essentially tubes with barrels)

(I hope those work!)

All of these ahem, diagrams, dont show the gripframe of the feedneck, and are what you would see from the back or front of the gun. Dont look down the barrel of a gun though :D

If we wanna play "name that gun":
Bushmaster (+ tribals)
Rainmaker
Omen

so mazz, you electra comes under its own name, all these names you have heard are for a specific gun

the only category i think your name could go under is the elctro category.....
Cool, I have a unique marker! Well it kind of cleared things up a bit. One last question though (soz!) What advantage does a Cocker have over a Shocker, or my Electra?

Oh and yes cesarbasanta it is a Spyder :)

Thanks again guys

big big titties
well you have to look at all markers really, a cocker is a totally different design from a shocker, its made by different companies etc

a standard cocker is not an electro, whereas a shocker is an electro marker, when a cocker fires it has a back block which moves backwards and forwards on it, and also has 3 big cylinders under the barrel which cocks it etc, do a search for all the markers and you can see the differences yourself:)
