thats why you dont use grease or oils on bottles, its the same for oxygen cylinders used in heavy industry.

i believe what happens is that lubricants have a flashpoint that they will ignite, pressure lowers that flashpoint, couple that with the heat of a flash fill, If the heat is the same as the flashpoint it go boom!
At least thats how i understand it although i have been wrong many times about lots of things
