Well, if you take the Detroit franchise will someone have to pony up the 50K that is rumored to be owed? Thats a steep price to get your foot in the door.

No reason the Nexoids couldn't come in on same basis as Dynarats and XSV, etc. which is more or less as participating members but not franchise holders.
As to the rumored 50 large I don't believe it has anything to do with the franchise per se but if true is a claimed account balance between GameFace and SP. (But hey, I could be wrong, too.)

I ain't taking over no Detroit franchise Fab...I have been invited in on the same basis as Dynasty and XSV as Baca suggests.
The paramount concern for any team owner is to have his team contest in the best league there is...The NXL of late, have been making moves in the right direction and with Lane Wright assuming control of the PSP, the signs are extremely good for the professionalising of that circuit on every level.
Lane is an old friend of mine from back in the All American days and I'm convinced he and Keeley will make a huge difference to the way things are done.
I haven't yet made my final decision because it will be a decision that myself, Leigh, Dunny, Jamie and Clint will make after talking to our sponsors but things are stacking up on one side and being ruined on the other at the moment so we'll see what tomorrow brings.....
So does this mean there will be an increase in the NeXus squad then?? Hope so, good chance for some budding new players.
