ive used just paintball a lot, in my experience theres no middle ground with them.

their service is either excellent or awfull.

i wouldnt hesitiate to use them again, but their so hit and miss at times.

PS. Shrapnell is real cheap paint! i wouldnt have it if they advertised rampage

If it's From JUST there is no telling how long it'll be....i was waiting for 3 months for a paintball kit, and every two or three weeks they would send me the wrong things, the wrong gun, the gun but a damaged one, etc.

well after a few strong worded emails and no more custom from me iv got a free gift coming along with a lense that i ordered a week ago that will be here wednesday apparently, id like to say thank you to andy piper as soon as i asked him some stuff was resolved so thank you andy piper

well guys after fair few emails back and forth it is official this shop is the worse place i have ever used, said id get a free gift for the hassle yet nothing has come both my parcels where 2 weeks late and the site says free gift if it takes over a week, low and behold nothing some people know where im on about if you would care to know and want to see the emails this bunch of numptys sent feel free to pm me and il forward them, asked where the free gift was "we forgot" yea sure you did like you forgot everything else, if anyone from the shop reads this then good it is official your shop STINKS!!!

yeh, i hate to jump on the slating bandwagon thing, but it really is poo to the max. Had nothing but issues with them. Eventually got my order through chance that i happened to be in the same city as Andy the day before i needed my kit. So that was ok...cheers for that Andy.

But it's not even funny how many emails i've sent them. Not to mention the cost of phonecalls, hassles and wotnot. And when u do speak to them they just make stuff up - blame the couriers etc...

And yeh, i got that same paint insted of the rampage i ordered (oh, and a month after ordering it. Again, only got it koz i happened to be in manchester) - it really sucked too. Boooo!

I'll stop now... actually:

AND i'm still owed a fluffy stick i never got!!!
