i dont really think its fair for me to slate a shop and name and shame them as there reason for it was that the shrapnel and rampage is all mixed in and comes in the same box wether it be a rampage box or shrapnel box, still peeved at the shop and wont be shoppin there again JUST because of the principle of it taking two weeks and being wrong, still waiting for lense from them that has taken a week so far so much for "order before 3pm and will be with you the following day"

yeah i think there is a clue as well, also mark rempage and shrapnell DONT come in the same box, rampage is like a red and black box and shrapnell is a normal cardboard colour box. So it cant be that hard to tell the difference, Can it?

cheers for the heads up. i hope it all gets resolved. btw shrapnel is general site paint whereas rampage is a major step up. tell them you wont have it and get the consumer rights act and advertising standards on their asses. gd luck

well i dont see a hint *innocent face* iv emailed them and phoned and i dont think they care so will right a letter to the management and probaly phone them again, it is a joke that they try fob you off and if its the future of the sport to skank people out of what they want then there is obviously something wrong, i wont slate just paintball as thats not the sort of guy i am, it probaly a genuine cock up buth they have lost a few customers but hey ah well il let ya all know how it turns out

yeah im not sayin that its a cack place but 2 weeks without word 2 phone calls to ask where and when, then to get wrong stuff, have waited week for my lense that still dont know where it is, but have used them before and were ok

My mate had a similar situation when ordering a pot rocket from JUST.


8 months after he paid he still has no pot rocket.
