Forget all that other software, download the STINGER virus removel tool from NetWork Associate/McAfee. I use this at work all the time and it specifically targets BugBear, Nimda and this new strain of virus. It's only 650k and runs pretty quickly.

Goto www.nai.com and look down the right for the STINGER link. Otherwise mail me and I'll email the file to you.
