It is not like there is not laws governing this, just no requirement for them to be tested.
HPA systems inc CO2 are not a paintball exclusive item, we are just a newest user of such
If scuba divers have been using them for so long in relative safety, is not the problem our own incompetence.
As Gups correctly states you are liable if you sell an air system that fails due to bad maintenance on your part.
The regulator is a servicable part so we should be insisting that a reg be serviced b4 we buy it
