I have a contract with the reffs at Joy masters. We make perfectly clear that the reffs have to give 100 % at every game. If not we will lift them off the field and they will not recive there reffing points for the series. You wont see a reff sitting on a chair at Joy masters ..
I think this system works and I think Joy Masters have proven that for 3 years.
Anyway the millenium series are taking futher stepps next year to make reffing better and make teams responsible for there reffing performance.
