PSP off season shenanigans!

Rumour: PSP to limit ALL gear and guns used at events to companies that have paid a big ole' sponsor fee. For ALL divisions!
Why is it the PSP seems to take stuff from mills and make it worse (gun sponsors and the failed race2Maxx)?

They have got to be trying to make up the cash from lost sponsorships with other companies. Guessing DYE. Otherwise that's just insane.
Now if the rumor is proven to just be like the Millennium closed divisions and it's certain gun sponsorships, or even paint sponsorships that's not horrid. Unless the cost for small companies like Alien and Bob Long is so high that teams can't use those guns (since it'll apply to every division).
If it's like hey pay us 5K an event, we'll give you some commercial time on the webcast and a tent all included...that might be enough of a value that companies will pay.
If it has nothing to do with trying to recoup the money they'll potentially not have with DYE's financial woes occurring, and is solely to try and cement more dollars from other sponsors then well, that's lame.

Damage had their first practice this weekend (http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?p=87378753#post87378753). Looks like Jerry is playing with them; pretty unsurprising I suppose given his employment by MacDev! Also looks like Luis Munoz which I suppose would make sense given that he's from Florida too
