Yep!!! As you can read in my first post:
There is no ego involved here. This is my first season playing millenium and this was my first millennium event! I don't think we have a novice level and I don't think it would be right..... but then alot of am B teams don't have an Am B level either....... at least playing novice would guarantee us 3 days of paintball and more exposure.......

For a guy who advocates inter-divisional instead of intra-divisional play that seems an odd stance. Unless, of course, your only interest in inter-divisional play is to assure the purity of the upper ranks.
Oh yeah, I seem to recall some slumming Ducks on ocassion, too.
Please, this from the Duck who's always quacking about one rules problem or another? Sorry, Nick, just an example of creeping elitism on your part. Players slumming in the lower ranks? Who cares? Not like it makes any difference anyway and as Colin, noted, they didn't win so what's the big deal? Did they skew the overall result? Or keep another team out of the semis? But they wouldn't have won anyway, would they, so what does it matter?

Does the rules committe or comparable body of the mill. series really see this as being logical? This is apparently one area where the US is leaps and bounds ahead of europe...
Granted in the US the 2 leagues don't share player info but they keep track of what you played last year in their series and the years before.
Is there any stipulation that you must move up if you've won the series or finish in the top 2,3???

I didn´t make the tourney cause i injured myself a few weeks before, but i can assure you, Hugo Dominguez and Rodney Squires didn´t make that difference!! Sure they are great players, Rodney is great but he ain´t the whole team. As for the team where Hugo plays "estratego"(best portuguese team), they have been losing against us here in portugal, thus you can see we are not weak. We have great players that don´t stay nothing behind Hugo. The reason why they both went and play for us is cause a lot of our players couldn´t make it, and and if they would they wouldn´t let the team fail!!
Rodney wasn´t supposed to play, but at the tourney we had one player most of the time down so he (Rodney) as a friend took that place. Don´t see much problem in that!
You´ll see us in upcoming Milleniums! You guys will hear of us in the near future!

Talking about elitism, what do you think this sounds like for ppl that actually plays in div.2 ?
Perhaps the context was too subtle although if you'd included the whole quote it might have dawned on you. The point was both Nick and Colin implied in their earlier remarks that some irregularity that upset some Div 2 players was unimportant so I was simply elaborating on their attitude in order to make the ramifications of that view clear.
